I am a BIAS Believer. The City of Leavenworth converted to BIAS in 2007with a full implementation within 45 days.
I particularly like the training classes for "New Users," Treasures, Annual Reports and of course the Annual BIAS Conference. BIAS Report options are easy to generate for review, and submitting the Annual Report is a breeze. I would recommend BIAS Software for any city or town in WA State that is looking for a new software provider that is upbeat, innovative, and attentive to ongoing changes in legislation and individual City needs. It has been a move that we do not regret! Our conversion process was so simple because most of our existing data was imported into BIAS by the BIAS team with little to no help from the City staff. BIAS 3rd Annual Conference will be tentatively February 23rd and 24th, so mark your calendars. We look forward in seeing all of you next year. Pre-Conference class has moved to the Davenport Hotel, due to the great response.

BIAS is Moving
BIAS is moving into a bigger facility starting January 2010. We'll have room to add additional employees as well as have a permanent training facility.
