Mark Felchlin, BIAS Accounting partner, leads the Sales and Marketing for WA State Municipal Software installation. He comes with a BA in Business Administration with emphasis on Finance from Eastern Washington University and attends many Washington State Auditor training sessions to stay aware of current trends.
Before joining BIAS Accounting, Mark managed and consulted Small Business Banking for Wells Fargo, a leader in small businesses servicing. He is a member of the Association of Washington Cities, Eastern Washington Finance Officers Association, and the Washington Public Utility District Association.
Felchlin worked as a Communication Manager for the United States Army for four years.

David Calechman is a CPA, licensed since 2002.David has over 12 years experience as a consultant in governmental and not-for-profit accounting and has specialized in implementing, training and supporting fund accounting software during that time.He has worked with clients of all sizes, with staffs ranging from 1 to 1,000.David earned his Bachelor of Arts in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Michigan in 1984 and completed his accounting education at the University of Alaska Anchorage.He has diverse personal interests and is a certified tennis instructor.
